Topgolf Birmingham has become the go-to location for parties, corporate events and weekend hangouts. The newly revamped brunch menu adds even more intrigue to the ever growing destination. Offering a little something for everyone, the new menu features some traditional brunch options with a trendy spin alongside a few outliers.
Topgolf Weekend Brunch
Weekend Brunch is served on Saturday & Sunday from Open-2pm
For the health conscious, there is no other choice but the Acai Superfood Bowl. This massive smoothie-in-a-bowl is topped with granola, sliced almonds and fresh fruit. Priced at $10.50, this breakfast option will leave you feeling full and guilt-free.
For the pizza lovers, go for the Everything Bagel Flatbread. The pizza dough is covered in everything bagel spices and its topped with smoked salmon, herbed cream cheese, dill, capers, radishes and tomatoes.
Two benedict varieties are offered for the more traditional brunch enthusiasts: the Farmer’s Market Benedict and the Carnitas Benedict.
The Farmer’s Market Benedict is served in a cast iron skillet and is comprised of a zucchini cake, grilled tomato and a poached egg topped with a warm tomato sauce, queso fresco and cilantro. The zucchini cake made for a remarkably good substitute for the traditional English muffin.
The Carnitas Benedict offers two buttermilk biscuits topped with pork, a fried egg and tomatillo salsa served with pico de gallo, queso fresco and cilantro. Southwestern lovers unite!
With a nod to millennials, Topgolf also offers the cosmopolitan culinary fixation of the last 5 years: avocado toast, but they add their own spin by making it Asian. The Ahi Tuna Avocado Toast features a seeded bread topped with chopped ahi, avocado, miso dressing, crispy quinoa, diced oranges, cilantro and sesame seeds.
Those with a sweet tooth will head straight for the Carrot Cake Waffles. The mini waffles are topped with cream cheese icing, maple syrup, caramel sauce, and candied pecans. This is a fantastic dish to order to complement some of the more savory options, to be shared amongst friends.
Our review wouldn’t be complete without at least mentioning the cocktails. Classic Mimosas, as well as a Mimosa Bar complete with a full bottle of champers and several juice varieties are served at brunch.
The icy Pina Coladas definitely hit the spot during the severe summer heat.
