Tonight will be the last market of the West Homewood Farmer’s Market season for 2019. Join the City of Homewood’s Police & Fire Departments for Homewood’s “National Night Out” before the chance is gone for this year.
Far from your average farmer’s market, this weekly summer event has food trucks, live music, and more!
Our recent visit included a sweet tea fried chicken sandwich and fried green tomatoes at the Saw’s BBQ food truck.
We also went home with a bottle of Sachai tea, freshly brewed in West Homewood.
Sweet-tooth satisfying options abound at the WEHO Farmer’s Market, as well, with kettle corn, macarons, edible cookie dough, and more!
The market will have over 50 vendors tonight including food trucks, farms, arts and crafts, baked goods, prepared foods to eat at the market, kids activities and so much more. In addition to our vendors, bring your kids to see the latest and greatest police and fire department vehicles and surveillance tools up close. The police will also have their new watchtower set-up at the market.
